The box showed up looking neat, with no dents or anything loose inside as far as I could tell. Seems like it was packed really well

I ordered from Green Edge and, yeah... ended up having to return the item because it just wasn’t what I expected. The return process wasn’t really clear, and I felt like I was kind of left guessing what to do next. Replies were slow too, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it should’ve been.

The refund also took forever, and I had to follow up more than once before anything really moved along. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me... it was just annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless they make returns a lot easier

I’ve used Green Edge a couple times now and tbh it seems solid for sustainability stuff. They break down materials and greener options in a way that’s actually easy to read, without being super preachy or pushy, which I appreciated. I do kinda wish they had more details on where some of the products come from, but overall it feels way more credible than a lot of sites that just slap “eco-friendly” on everything lol. Good experience overall, just not 100% perfect

I definitely won’t be using them again.
